14 Months Old

Daniel turned 14 months old yesterday. Daniel rang this anniversary in with a bang - literally. A few hours after dropping him off at KinderCare I received a phone call from Lisa, the director at KinderCare. Daniel had lost his balance and fell into a table, cutting his lip inside and out. Lisa didn't think that his tooth went through his lip, but asked if Randy or I could come take a look to make sure. Since Randy works closer, he headed over to see the damage. In the meantime, Miss Kristen, Daniel's teacher, was applying ice and giving him some TLC. By the time Randy got there, the bleeding had just about stopped and Daniel was feeling much better. Thankfully, no stitches were required - this time, anyway. I know it will happen sooner or later. You can see Daniel's boo-boos under his bottom lip in the photo below.
